TMF investments for nonprofits: TMF offers equity and bond fund investments, which are for nonprofits. When you make an equity and bond investment with TMF, you are investing in a unique menu of fund portfolios that are in alignment with our Wesleyan Tradition.
What are TMF impact investments?
TMF empowers the church to achieve its God-appointed mission. When you invest with TMF, you are investing in the world God imagines. Specifically, through the Loan Fund, your investments grow churches, enable ministries to flourish and create new mission endeavors by supporting the TMF Loan Ministry.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, we can offer competitive loan rates while paying above-average rates to our investors. Keep in mind, past performance is not an indication of future results. We request a minimum investment period of one year. Both variable and fixed interest rates are available. Earnings on Loan Fund investments are reported and credited monthly. The set rates are based on changes in broader interest rates and changes in the financial markets. There are no fees for these funds.
