TMF Equity & Bond Funds
TMF offers six alternative equity and bond funds, providing investors with options for diversification, alternative portfolio allocations, and levels of international exposure.
TMF Equity & Bond Fund assets are invested with Wespath Institutional Investments, a nonprofit investment management subsidiary of Wespath Benefits and Investments, founded in 1908. Wespath Benefits and Investments oversees nearly $25 billion in assets for over 100,000 retirement plan participants and over 150 Methodist-affiliated institutions.
TMF Balanced Fund
The TMF Balanced Fund is a globally diversified commingled fund for institutional investors.
The TMF Balanced Fund currently maintains the following strategic target allocations:
- 35% Wespath U.S. Equity Fund-I Series
- 30% Wespath International Equity Fund-I Series
- 15% Wespath Fixed Income Fund-I Series
- 5% Wespath Inflation Protection Fund-I Series
- 15% TMF Impact Notes
TMF U.S. Equity Fund
The TMF U.S. Equity Fund is 100% invested in the Wespath U.S. Equity Fund – I Series, which seeks long-term capital appreciation from a broadly diversified portfolio that includes strategic allocations to:
- Publicly traded large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks (including REITs)
- Private equity
- Private real estate
TMF International Equity Fund
The TMF International Equity Fund is 100% invested in the Wespath International Equity Fund - I Series, which seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily from a broadly diversified portfolio that includes strategic allocations to:
- Publicly traded large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks domiciled within both developed and emerging market countries
- REITs
- Private equity
- Private real estate
TMF Fixed Income Fund
The TMF Fixed Income Fund is 100% invested in the Wespath Fixed Income Fund - I Series, which seeks to earn current income by investing in a broadly diversified portfolio of fixed-income instruments that includes strategic allocations to:
- U.S. Treasury and agency debt
- U.S. corporate debt (including investment grade and high-yield)
- U.S. agency and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (MBS)
- U.S. agency commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
- U.S. private placement loans originated to support affordable housing and community development
- Non-U.S. government debt issued by developed and emerging market countries
- Non-U.S. corporate debt
TMF Inflation Protection Fund
The TMF Inflation Protection Fund is 100% invested in the Wespath Inflation Protection Fund - I Series, which seeks to provide investors with current income and protect the principal from loss of purchasing power due to inflation. The Fund maintains strategic allocations to:
- U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS)
- Non-U.S. inflation-linked debt
- Commodities
- Senior secured loans
TMF Multiple Asset Fund
The TMF Multiple Asset Fund is 100% invested in the Wespath Multiple Asset Fund - I Series, which seeks to maximize long-term investment returns, including current income and capital appreciation, while reducing short-term risk by investing in a broad mix of investments, including the following four Wespath funds:
