Janet has served TMF as the Executive Assistant to Rev. Lisa Greenwood and the Leadership Ministry team. She lightheartedly refers to herself as a “seminary dropout” and has leveraged her personal experience to tailor a career assisting church leaders, because she knows how challenging ministry can be.

With the Leadership Ministry team, she has the opportunity to bring church leaders together for meaningful conversations that lead to change. Prior to coming to TMF, she held a variety of positions including as a math teacher and as an Assistant Operations Manager at Teco-Westinghouse in Round Rock, TX.
