At TMF, we provide space for leaders to be in conversation with other leaders so that new learning occurs, ideas for innovation emerge and courage is reinforced…all for the sake of the deep change needed to live into the world that God imagines.

The Leadership Ministry team is launching a new podcast with a series approach to invite church leaders into deeper conversations around innovation, courage, and resilience. The first series, Reservoirs of Resilience, will include six episodes featuring captivating leaders such as Tod Bolsinger, the author of Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience, and Dr. Colette Pierce Burnette, the first female President and CEO of Huston-Tillotson University, Austin’s only historically Black college and university. This series will also include a bonus storytelling episode each week where courageous leaders share their powerful and poignant stories of resilience.
While the first series has been specifically crafted to meet the current challenges of the pandemic and highlight the critical characteristic of resilience in the work of the church, future series will explore a variety of leadership topics.
The first episode of Reservoirs of Resilience will go live February 16, 2021, with new episodes on Tuesdays and storytelling episodes on Thursdays through March 18, 2021.
